For this occasion, our chefs have curated a generous sharing menu featuring a selection of Fat Prince favourites alongside dishes created exclusively for communal dining. Silky mezze. Fire-kissed meats. Charred vegetables. Fragrant spices woven throughout every course.
The experience unfolds naturally, inviting guests to slow down and savour each dish as it arrives.

Served to every table, our Mandi Rice with Lamb takes pride of place at the heart of the experience.
Fragrant rice layered with spice and crowned with tender lamb, slow-cooked until it yields effortlessly to the touch. Rich, generous, and deeply comforting, it embodies the spirit of the feast itself.
