This exclusive four-course wine pairing dinner is a guided journey through Piedmont, interpreted through Fat Prince’s fire-led Middle Eastern cuisine. From vibrant Langhe expressions to two distinguished Barolos, the evening unfolds as a structured progression designed to showcase terroir, craftsmanship and aging potential.
More than a pairing dinner, this is direct access to a Barolo producer — with each wine personally introduced and explored by Luca Gagliasso himself.
