An Evening in Lebanon is an intimate four-course wine dinner created in partnership with Domaine Wardy and Phoenicia Wines — a night shaped by candlelight, slow pours and the quiet decadence of Middle Eastern hospitality.


At the centre of the evening is the official launch of Château Les Cèdres 2016 — Domaine Wardy’s newly released vintage, unveiled for the first time alongside a communal feast layered with smoke, spice and fire.


This exclusive four-course wine pairing dinner is a guided journey through Piedmont, interpreted through Fat Prince’s fire-led Middle Eastern cuisine. From vibrant Langhe expressions to two distinguished Barolos, the evening unfolds as a structured progression designed to showcase terroir, craftsmanship and aging potential.


Each course is paired with a curated Domaine Wardy wine selection — moving from crisp Obeidi 2018 to deep Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, before arriving at the richness of Château Les Cèdres 2016 and a final pour of Muscat 2023.


Designed for lingering conversations, dimly lit tables and glasses that never stay full for long, the evening offers a rare glimpse into the elegance and seduction of Lebanese wine culture.
