Picture this: freshly baked pita still warm from the oven, Egyptian house rolls with date butter that melt with a quiet sigh, hummus and muhammara smooth as silk, crispy Brussels sprouts that crackle under your fork, fattoush bursting with pomegranate and cucumber, and the crown jewel — a 1KG slow-braised beef short rib glazed with dates and dukkha, rich and ready to fall apart at the slightest touch.
