TUSCANY TO BEIRUT WINE DINNER

Four estates. One night.
On 8 July, Fat Prince sets aside one night for something quieter — an intimate wine dinner guided by Giacomo Pallesi of Angra Wine, moving through four of Tuscany's most storied estates: Fattoria Le Pupille, Tenuta di Biserno, Tenuta di Collosorbo, and Buccianera. Each wine arrives with its own history, its own weather, its own reason for being poured first or last.
Four courses unfold across the evening, our Mediterranean kitchen meeting Tuscan terroir somewhere in the middle — smoke meeting silk, spice settling into stone fruit and dark cassis. The Brunello holds its silence before it gives anything up. The Vin Santo, poured last, asks you to stay a little longer than you meant to.
Giacomo moves between courses with stories from each estate — not tasting notes recited, but history poured glass by glass. Questions are welcome. Lingering is encouraged.

The Experience

Some nights ask to be remembered. This is one of them.

What a wonderful event bringing together fine wines and exceptional cuisine! A Tuscany to Beirut wine dinner is a great way to celebrate diverse culinary traditions and create memorable dining experiences. While exploring international food trends, I also came across the Mixue Malaysia Menu Price List and found it interesting to see the wide variety of refreshing drinks and desserts available.
